A round of Easter does not want to hear about food from the soup through the toast, all have been excesses, now I need to eat healthy.

I have started to work on recipes for healthy and balanced but they are also rich, and I love a recipe that I find it quite tasty, accustomed to a sad salad or some steamed vegetables, this recipe is different and will bring joy to our diet.

Diet for turkey meat

 turkey meatDiet contains no time limits. You can eat as a large amount as you want. Within seven days, on standard, 3.4 pounds of fat melts away.

Before breakfast, drink a glass of clean water.

For breakfast, consume a cup of herbal infusion or tea, two slices of bread or 3 pieces of crackers, a tablespoon of butter, yogurt or a glass of skim milk, two teaspoons of honey, fruit of an orange or grapefruit.

Weight lose Diet-Roast Turkey Recipes

TurkeyRecipes A turkey about 3 kg clean
1 kg of minced pork / veal
2 raw eggs
2 boiled eggs
A glass of dry wine (sherry)
4 slices of ham cut into strips
For the sauce need olive oil, garlic, onion, mushrooms, tomato, carrot and a little brandy.

Also prepare a seasoning mix made with two tablespoons of salt, a teaspoon of ground black pepper, ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon and a pinch of nutmeg.
