This misgiving has been confirmed a few days ago, after the magazine of a study conducted over a year, where investigators observed that women who were picking between breakfast and lunch managed to lose weight except those who avoided snacking.
More specifically and figures, is that women who followed a diet during this time, but pecked between breakfast and lunch, they reduced their body mass by 7% on average, while women who managed to avoid snacking lost a 11% on average.
