Proteins are good for runners!

I have received several questions about the proteins in Runner’s World; I must say that a balanced diet (that ideal for athletes) is composed of proteins, fats and carbohydrates, among others.

It is recommended to drink between 0.8 and 1 gram of protein per kilogram of body weight, however, if you make sport should consume a greater amount of amino acids (proteins).
