Tip 1: A glass of slimming water in the morning
Start the day with a glass of ginger water – a real metabolism booster! Simply peel a thumb-sized piece of ginger, cut into small slices and place in a glass. Boil with boiling water and leave for 10 minutes. Finished!
Tip 2: Targeted shopping
Plan your meals in advance. For example, make a plan for the following week on Sundays and buy it on Mondays. And never go shopping hungry, otherwise things go into the basket that you would never have bought!
Tip 3: Eat the right thing

Tip # 4: Veggie Day

Tip 5: Snacking allowed
Dark chocolate with a cocoa content of over 70 percent contains significantly less sugar than whole milk chocolate, since it may be a bit daily. The perfect dessert: whip up lean quark with a little carbonated water and sweetener. A pinch of cinnamon over it – done!
Tip 6: Snack it
Plan light snacks. Ideal for the office: Keep your hunger at bay with fruit, yogurt and rice waffles. By the way, a fat burner to go is the grapefruit, best enjoyed right after a meal!
Tip 7: Get away with the fat
Fortunately, there are good AND low-fat alternatives to margarine and butter: yummy under cheese tastes tomato paste, under turkey breast & Co make mustard or horseradish best. Cook meat in the oven instead of frying it in the pan. Alternatively, you can dab the fat after frying with kitchen paper.
Tip 8: Quite well rested
Anyone who goes to bed early can not only eat nothing. Studies show that lack of sleep promotes weight gain. Get your daily sleep cap from seven to eight hours!
Tip 9: Daily Workout
Not good news for sports muffle – but who wants to lose weight quickly, must do sports. Even with 30 minutes of training every day, you can achieve a lot. For example, do a jog and do these exercises for a flat stomach!
Tip 10: Motivate yourself
