Foods are high in fat oils, butter, margarine, mayonnaise, nuts, nut butters, seeds, tofu, thin (sesame seed butter), avocado, olives, coconut, whole milk, skim dairy products, eggs, cheese and ice cream. It is not necessary to omit these foods completely, but it is important to eat them in moderation.
Instead of preparing meals of high fat foods such as eggs, cheese, or nuts, uses these foods with lots of vegetables and grains to create dishes that are low in fat.
