The weekly menu at the Mayo Clinic diet is as follows:
MONDAY
• Breakfast: coffee or tea without sugar and sweetener, 2 boiled eggs, 1 orange
• Lunch: 2 boiled eggs, a salad without oil and apple cider vinegar, coffee or tea without sugar.
• Dinner: 2 boiled eggs, 1 tomato, oil and apple cider vinegar, coffee or tea without sugar.
TUESDAY
• Breakfast: coffee or tea without sugar and sweetener, 2 boiled eggs, 1 orange
• Lunch: 1 grilled steak, lettuce, tomato, celery, cucumber, oil and vinegar, coffee or tea without sugar.

The frustrating part is that after you give terminated low-crab diets, most likely recover all the weight you lost and more.
This is because the muscles are active and continually need to burn calories. Since we now have less muscle mass, your body metabolism slows losing some of the ability to burn calories.
In other words, when you get back to your weight unless you exercise you’re putting in your body fat instead of muscle. You will be fatter and less healthy than before low-crab diets. To make matters worse, muscle tissue is looser and not act as a fat burner and noticed a decline in your metabolism and therefore calories burned will be less, the result back fat.

Why dangerous to health? These are burning questions for diets worldwide.
I have personally tried low crab diets, these diets made me lose weight very quickly. However, not only did I lose body fat weight, lose weight but also muscle mass. His muscles were very marked and fat loss also caused him to lose muscle. Visually I can see my reduced muscle mass in the mirror.
This is certainly not healthy. Moreover, worse than losing muscle mass, is to lose the shape of your body toned. The end result is that you will find thin yet flabby look like bits of skin hanging.
