Laughing – Good for Fitness and Health

Laughter is considered an expression of joy and happiness, is defined as a mechanism for emotional balance and overall, a very pleasant sensation. The laughter was probably the first form of communication and perhaps a precursor of language development.

So clearly, laughter is fundamentally important for life. When they say that laughter is the best medicine, this is true also. We know that laughter triggers the production of the happy hormone that exercise also produces environmental frontal cortex activated in the brain.
