First Day
Breakfast:
1/2 cup of cereal (all bran or other whole grain unsweetened)
1/2 cup skim milk
1 fruit, tea or coffee

Day three days: Menu (continued below)
First Day

Lunch:
1 cup green salad (cucumber, lettuce, cabbage, celery garnish with lemon and salt) and one of the following
1 chicken breast skinless roasted or cooked in water, 1/2 cup of tuna in water,
1/2 cup cottage cheese or boiled egg
1 fruit
