Holidays we take a slight break in our care and food and diets are not part of our daily menu. But we can fix that.
And is that with so many sweets, chocolates, nougat, marzipan, shortbread, spirits, champagne and endless temptations we find it hard to maintain a diet heals the agenda.
But of course, then get indigestion, remorse and strict diets. It is very well enjoy feasting with family and friends, but we can also combine these days with one day of surplus sludge. It will not cost anything to miss a day without sweets or without those heavy meals to take care of a little, and keep the line and let the body rest so many carbohydrates, sugars and fats.

During the holidays, the excess committed, meals with friends, family visit, business dinners … basically all day eating, how horrible!
I imagine that you, like me, will have to lose weight or at least much purify of junk food and eat healthy.
