The ankles are an area that is used to accumulate a lot of stress due to the constant wear suffered by walking and or exercise. They not only support the weight of the entire body, but are also more likely to suffer injuries from a bad torque or twist.
The ankle joint is lubricated with a compound having our body, called sensorial fluid; this fluid forms a protective layer around the membranes of the sensorial joint.
