A good weight lose diet that provides the body with the nutrients it needs for its proper functioning is important to observe certain rules. One of them is to respect each not skip meals. The ideal is to make four meals a day: breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner.
There is the misconception that to stay slim or lose weight it is best to stop taking some of these meals, either breakfast or dinner. This approach which is that our hunger will be greater when the next meal, which would cause us to eat more quantity and therefore that extra storage in the body as fat. Therefore it is highly recommended that if you want to lose weight do not skip a meal but rather is controlled quantities eaten in each.
