Sometimes, to burn fat successfully you need to detoxify the liver, and it is therefore important to have at hand a cleanser and light menu.

The liver is one of the organs responsible for detoxification and cleansing of the body, as it synthesizes bile acids that help digest fat. Day 1

Dinner : A cup of fat burning soup. A serving of chicken breast with carrot salad and asparagus. A pear. A cup of dandelion tea.

Day 3

Breakfast : A glass of soy milk with two slices of toasted white bread with spread able cheese. A peach.

Day 7

Dinner : A cup of fat burning soup. A portion of roast beef with 2 oven roasted potatoes with garlic and parsley. A baked fruit. A cup of dandelion tea.
