However, there is nothing scientifically proven that both diet and exercise have the effect of aiming and reducing only the fat around the abdomen, leaving high-quality fat that will provide an appropriate cushion for the bones.
There are brown and white fats, and their roles are different from heaven and earth
There are two types of fat, white and brown.
Brown fat works very well on the human body. I’m mainly about newborns, but the main role is to produce heat. Brown cells produce metabolism (that is, turn food into energy), and the mitochondria of organelles are about 1,000 times that of white fat.

Next, subcutaneous fat. This is the fat that goes directly under the skin, and if you stick too much, it will appear fat. Men tend to stick to the stomach, chest, and shoulders. It’s called “Android fat distribution”, where the upper body gets fat. It is easy for women to wear ass and thighs. where the lower half of the body gets fat.
As a general rule, too much subcutaneous fat is often considered unattractive, so most people want to drop it. This kind of fat isn’t proof of health if you get too hungry, but that doesn’t mean it’s more harmful to your health than it can be elsewhere.
Then visceral fat. This is already a completely different kind of monster from the fats mentioned so far. It is a type of fat that surrounds the internal organs and serves as a cushion that protects the internal organs from every impact. It has long been known that too much cushioning in the abdomen can cause high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes, heart disease, dementia, certain types of cancer, and other harms.
Why is visceral fat so dangerous? Although there is still no definite conclusion regarding the mechanism, the most prominent is the theory based on lip toxicity.
The enlarged visceral fat releases fatty acids directly into the liver via the portal vein. Then it accumulates in the pancreas, heart, and other internal organs. These sites are not originally designed to store fatty acids, resulting in dysfunction and the potential for heart disease, type 2 diabetes, liver damage and numerous other harms as described above. It will go up.
Visceral fat has some differences from subcutaneous fat. Compared to subcutaneous fat, there are more steroid hormone and androgen (male hormone) receptor sites and more blood flow. This is an important point. This is because at the cellular level, cortisol and insulin promote fat accumulation. This is done by expressing an enzyme called protein slipcase.
Conversely, testosterone (male sex hormone), growth hormone, and estrogen (female hormone) have the opposite effects. This is also an important point. This is because people with too much fat around their stomachs often have high patterns of cortisol and insulin in their bodies and low levels of testosterone, growth hormone, and estrogen.
