Fruit salad

Ingredients:

Half a banana,


Half orange,

1 kiwi,

2-3 berries to taste.

For the filling:

1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

Pinch of black pepper

A pinch of cinnamon.

How to cook:

Fruit peel, remove the peel, seeds, film. Cut into cubes, sprinkle with pepper and cinnamon, sprinkle with lemon juice and stir.

Cocktail of kiwi

Ingredients:

2 kiwis,

Half a lemon,

A sprig of mint,

1 nectarine,

0.5 liters of carbonated mineral water,

A little sugar.

How to cook:

Clear fruit, chop, put in a blender. Add all remaining ingredients and beat until smooth.

Cocktail of pear

Ingredients:

2 pears,

1 banana,

1 stalk celery,

100ml natural yoghurt.

How to cook:

Clear fruit, pear seeds removed, cut and put together in the yogurt in a mixer. Beat until smooth.
