Valentine’s Day is around the corner. Learn how to lose weight in 3 days to seductive look in festive attire.

On the diet, the main product of which is the avocado, can lose weight by 1.5-2 kg for 3 days. Consider the menu.

The first – the third day

Breakfast:  half an avocado and a portion of low-fat or fat-free yogurt.


Lunch:  salad with half an avocado, boiled eggs, small cucumber and green onions, seasoned with a little olive oil and fresh lemon juice.

Dinner:  100 grams of lean meat, avocado and half serving of fat-free yogurt.
