Menu 1

Breakfast: A glass of skimmed milk shake apple and a teaspoon of flax seeds and a teaspoon of brewer’s yeast powder. A boiled egg.

Mid Morning / Afternoon Media: Carrot Sticks / A handful of nuts.

Lunch: A glass of water before eating. Lettuce, dried tomatoes, half a can of tuna, arugula and a tablespoon of Parmesan cheese. A fresh fruit.

Snack: One cup of corn silk tea with a tangerine.

Dinner: A glass of water before eating. A serving of chicken breast grilled with melted pepper grilled. A portion of light gelatin.

Menu 2

Breakfast: Half cup of yogurt with a tablespoon of oat bran mixture, some raisins and some chia seeds. An orange and a slice of low fat cheese.

Mid Morning / Afternoon Media: Half tomato big or a small tomato / a kiwi

Lunch: A glass of water before eating. Chickpea salad, broccoli, clear egg and minced garlic and parsley. A cup of fruit salad with a dollop of whipped cream light.

Snack: One cup of corn silk with a handful of almonds.

Dinner: A glass of water before eating. A portion of grilled fish gratin with light white sauce and asparagus salad also gratin.

Menu 3

Breakfast: A cup of tea or coffee with skim milk with an omelet with a tablespoon of white light spread able cheese. A fresh fruit.

Mid Morning / Afternoon Media: Middle yogurt / Celery Sticks

Lunch: A glass of water before eating. Two small portions of pudding chard. Artichoke salad. A fresh fruit.

Snack:  One cup of ponytail with a piece of low fat cheese.

Dinner: A glass of water before eating. One serving of fat free roast beef with mashed pumpkin. One serving of fruit asp.

Menu 4

Breakfast: A glass of skimmed milk shake apple and a teaspoon of flax seeds and a teaspoon of brewer’s yeast powder. A piece of low fat cheese.

Mid Morning / Afternoon Media: Carrot Sticks / a handful of nuts.

Lunch: A glass of water before eating. Salad of bean sprouts, shredded carrots, 4 sticks surumi and some Brussels sprouts. A cup of fruit salad.

Snack: One cup of corn silk tea with a tangerine.

Dinner: A glass of water before eating. A portion of fish with brown rice, flavored with chopped parsley. A fresh fruit.

Menu 5

Breakfast: Half cup of yogurt mixed with a tablespoon of oat bran, some raisins and some chia seeds. An orange.

Mid Morning / Afternoon Media: half cup of strawberries / a handful of nuts.

Lunch: A glass of water before eating. A slice of veggie pizza with tomato salad seasoned with oregano and olive oil. A fresh fruit.

Snack: One cup of corn silk with a handful of almonds.

Dinner: A glass of water before eating. A portion of roasted chicken breast with spinach salad. An unsullied fruit.

Menu 6

Breakfast: A cup of tea or coffee with skim milk with an omelet with a tablespoon of white light spread able cheese. A fresh fruit.

Mid Morning / Afternoon Media: Half a cup of yogurt / a piece of low fat cheese.

Lunch: A glass of water. Salad of celery, green apple, hearts of palm, chopped chili. A portion of light gelatin.

Snack: A cup of ponytail with a piece of low fat cheese.

Dinner: A glass of water. A serving of meat pie with a cup of fruit salad.

Menu 7

Breakfast: Half cup of yogurt mixed with a tablespoon of oat bran, some raisins and some chia seeds. An orange.

Mid Morning / Afternoon Media: A handful of almonds / a piece of low fat cheese.

Lunch: A glass of water. Spaghetti integral with various cooked vegetables. A fresh fruit.

Snack: One cup of corn silk tea with a handful of unsalted peanuts.

Dinner: A glass of water. A portion of roasted chicken breast without skin with lettuce, tomato and sprouts. A portion of light gelatin.

This diet provides practically no flours or starches, except spaghetti and rice that are integral and potatoes to make meatloaf. The contribution of these nutrients is low, as well as the sodium content. Contrast provides potassium and vitamin C through citrus fruits and vegetables will help reduce fluid retention.
