Calories in food can become an obsession when you’re dieting. If you spend doing calculations every bite you eat, hmmm you’re in trouble. It is not about restricting calories to the fullest, but to maintain a negative caloric balance, allowing you to lose weight with a complete and balanced diet. You, you know how much calories? Would you like to check? Well then, I challenge you to solve this puzzle.


Perhaps, however, you are of those who think that a few calories but not impinge on their weight and shops to be condescending when to stop eating.
