Calories in food can become an obsession when you’re dieting. If you spend doing calculations every bite you eat, hmmm you’re in trouble. It is not about restricting calories to the fullest, but to maintain a negative caloric balance, allowing you to lose weight with a complete and balanced diet. You, you know how much calories?
