Day 2

Breakfast: A cup of nonfat yogurt drink with a tablespoon of oat bran, a teaspoon of chia seeds and sliced peach half.

Mid Morning / Afternoon Media: 1 cup of dandelion tea.

Food: A cup of vegetable soup. Chickpea and tuna salad. A cup of fruit salad.

Snack: A cup of coffee cut with milk and two cookies on brown rice.

Dinner: A cup of vegetable soup. A serving of lean roast beef with tomato salad. A serving gelatin light.

Day 3

20 minutes before breakfast: lemon with baking.

Breakfast: A cup of skimmed milk with a tablespoon of oat bran, a teaspoon of chia seeds. An apple.

Mid Morning / Afternoon Media: 1 cup of dandelion tea.

Food: A cup of vegetable soup. 2 servings of vegetarian pizza. A fresh fruit.

Snack: A cup of coffee with milk and cut a slice of whole wheat toast with light white cheese.

Dinner: A cup of vegetable soup. A serving of chicken breast with gratin light white sauce with lettuce and grated carrot. A serving gelatin light.

Day 4

20 minutes before breakfast: lemon with baking.

Breakfast: A cup of light yogurt drink with a tablespoon of oat bran 5 chopped almonds, and 5 sliced strawberries.

Mid Morning / Afternoon Media: 1 cup of dandelion tea.

Food: A cup of vegetable soup. A serving of pasta with light pink sauce. A cup of fruit salad.

Snack: A cup of coffee cut with milk and two cookies on brown rice.

Dinner: A cup of vegetable soup. A portion of grilled fish with spinach salad. A serving gelatin light.

Day 5

20 minutes before breakfast: lemon with baking.

Breakfast: A cup of skimmed milk with a tablespoon of oat bran, a teaspoon of sesame seeds and sliced peach half.

Mid Morning / Afternoon Media: 1 cup of dandelion tea.

Food: A cup of vegetable soup. Arabic lentil salad. A cup of fruit salad.

Snack: A cup of coffee with milk and cut a slice of whole wheat toast with light white cheese.

Dinner: A cup of vegetable soup. A serving of lean meat with roasted artichoke salad. A serving gelatin light.

Day 6

20 minutes before breakfast: lemon with baking.

Breakfast: A cup of yogurt with a tablespoon of oat bran 5 chops walnuts. A pear.

Mid Morning / Afternoon Media: 1 cup of dandelion tea.

Food: A cup of vegetable soup. A portion of rice with vegetables and chia. A fresh fruit.

Snack: A cup of coffee cut with milk and two cookies on brown rice.

Dinner: A cup of vegetable soup. A portion of grilled fish with salad beetroot. A serving gelatin light.

Day 7

20 minutes before breakfast: lemon with baking.

Breakfast: A cup of skimmed milk with a tablespoon of oat bran, a teaspoon of chia seeds, and 5 sliced strawberries.

Food: A cup of vegetable soup. Prawns with vegetables and rice. A fresh fruit.

Snack: A cup of coffee with milk and cut a slice of bread with sweet light.

Dinner: A cup of vegetable soup. A serving of skinless chicken baked with grated carrot salad. A lot of protein rich ice cream.
