Two trout fillet around 150 gr. each

A small piece of root ginger fresh peeled and chopped.

1 clove garlic chopped small.

1 small red chili chopped.

Lemon zest.

Lemon juice.

2 tablespoons soy sauce or soy.


Place the fish fillets, one beside the other, on a sheet of aluminum foil.

Season with ginger, garlic, chili and lemon zest.

Finally, sprinkle with lemon juice, place the Chinese cabbage leaves or endive failing and pour soy sauce.

Close foil loosely too, but making sure it is securely closed.

Place the packages in a special machine for steaming if you have, place the foil with the fish inside on a heatproof dish, and this on a pan with water. Simmer, cover with a lid, for about 15 minutes.

This recipe is very easy to perform. If you do not find trout, Chinese cabbage or endive, you can adapt this preparation by replacing the hake fish, codling, salmon or sea fish you get. While in the case of vegetables you can replace them with other greens, such as spinach or chard, broccoli but can also go very well with this preparation.Also, if you want you can accompany this preparation with a portion a large size cup brown rice.
