2 fillets of hake fish or cooling.

1 green or choppered without seeds.

300 gr. finely chopped cabbage.

1 teaspoon ginger root

2 teaspoons sunflower oil

2 teaspoons sesame oil

2 cloves garlic, finely chopped.

2 teaspoons soy sauce with salt.


Cooking cabbage steam 5 minutes. Place fish on cabbage and sprinkle with chili, ginger and a little salt.

Steam cooking for another 5 minutes until cooked from side to side. Reserve.

Meanwhile, place the oil mixture in a small saucepan and bring to, add garlic and cook until golden.
