Food. A cup of low-fat broth with a teaspoon of brewer’s yeast. Spinach pudding. A serving gelatin light.

Snack. A glass of almond milk with two light rice crackers.

Dinner. A cup of low-fat broth with a teaspoon of brewer’s yeast. Potato pie. A baked fruit.

Day 3

Breakfast. A skimmed yogurt with a teaspoon of oat bran and a teaspoon of royal jelly. A serving of low-fat cheese and a dollop of quince.

Mid Morning / Afternoon Media. A glass of orange juice/ a roasted pear.

Food. A cup of low-fat broth with a teaspoon of brewer’s yeast. Carrot pudding. Peach skinless.

Snack. A cup of tea with two light rice crackers.

Dinner. A cup of low-fat broth with a teaspoon of brewer’s yeast. A serving of cooked fish steamed broccoli salad and Brussels sprouts steamed. A serving gelatin light.

Day 4

Breakfast. A skimmed yogurt with a tablespoon of apple sauce and a teaspoon of royal jelly. Two slices whole wheat toast with light white cheese.

Mid Morning / Afternoon Media. A glass of grapefruit juice (half juice / half water) / A piece of low fat cheese.

Food . A cup of low-fat broth with a teaspoon of brewer’s yeast. A portion of rice and apple stew. Pear puree.

Snack . A glass of almond milk with water or soda cracker with low-fat cheese.

Dinner . A cup of low-fat broth with a teaspoon of brewer’s yeast. A portion of grilled meat with mashed pumpkin. A baked fruit.

Day 5

Breakfast. A skimmed yogurt with a teaspoon of oat bran and royal jelly. A boiled egg.

Mid Morning / Afternoon Media. A glass of orange juice / 5 nuts

Food . A cup of low-fat broth with a teaspoon of brewer’s yeast. Two green zucchini stuffed with mashed carrots, cheese and white sauce light. A serving gelatin light with light whipped cream.

Snack . A cup of tea with two light rice crackers.

Dinner . A cup of low-fat broth with a teaspoon of brewer’s yeast. A portion of grilled fish with salad of beets and potatoes. A skinless peach.

Day 6

Breakfast . A skimmed yogurt with a teaspoon of wheat germ and royal jelly. A slice of bread toasted with sweet little light.

Mid Morning / Afternoon Media. A serving gelatin light / A steamed carrots.

Food . A cup of low-fat broth with a teaspoon of brewer’s yeast. Pudding chard. A baked apple.

Snack . A glass of almond milk with a piece of low fat cheese and a slice of quince paste.

Dinner . A cup of low-fat broth with a teaspoon of brewer’s yeast. A portion of grilled chicken with spinach and tomato salad without skin and seeds. Pear puree.

Day 7

Breakfast . A skimmed yogurt with a teaspoon of royal jelly. Two slices of bread toasted just low fat cheese and sweet light.

Mid Morning / Afternoon Media. A glass of orange juice / A piece of low fat cheese.

Food . A cup of low-fat broth with a teaspoon of brewer’s yeast. A portion of spaghetti with tomato sauce homemade light. Grated apple.

Snack . A cup of tea with two light rice crackers.

Dinner . A cup of low-fat broth with a teaspoon of brewer’s yeast. A portion of gefilte fish with steamed vegetables. A serving gelatin light.

If desired, you can drink a cup of chamomile tea or lemon verbena after every meal to aid digestion and reduce inflammation of the digestive tract.
