Average morning: A handful of almonds.

Lunch: an orange 15 minutes before eating. 2 servings of pudding green Zucchini. 1 cup of camomile tea.

Snack: 1 cup of Strawberry Smoothie.

Average afternoon: A hard-boiled egg.

Dinner: an orange 15 minutes before eating. A portion of fish grilled with lemon. Tomato and Argali and chicory salad. A light yogurt. A cup of Chamomile tea.

Menu 3

Breakfast: 1 cup of coffee with milk with a sandwich of cheese low fat.

Average morning: A fresh fruit.

Lunch: an Apple 15 minutes before eating. Breaded Eggplant with carrot puree. A portion of gelatin light. A cup of Chamomile tea.

Snack: one cup of fruit salad.

Average afternoon: A handful of nuts.

Dinner: an Apple 15 minutes before eating. A portion of breast of chicken orTurkeygrilled with spinach, lettuce and sprouts of soybeans. Half a cup of drinkable yogurt light. A cup of Chamomile tea.

Menu 4

Breakfast: A yogurt with cereal light. A glass of unsweetened orange juice. A cup of coffee.

Average morning: A tomato.

Lunch: A PEAR 15 minutes before eating. 2 servings of chard tart. A fresh fruit. A cup of Chamomile tea.

Snack: A glass of light soy milk.

Average afternoon: A piece of cheese low-fat.

Dinner: A PEAR 15 minutes before eating. A portion of fish to the oven with mashed potatoes. A fresh fruit. A cup of tea Chamomile.

Menu 5

Breakfast: A cup of tea with milk. 2 slice whole wheat bread with sweet light. A fresh fruit.

Average morning: A cup of fruit salad.

Lunch: A glass of freshly squeezed, 15 minutes before eating orange juice. Brown rice, broccoli, cooked carrot and a boiled egg salad. A cup of Chamomile tea.

Snack: A nonfat yogurt.

Average afternoon: A handful of almonds.

Breakfast: A cup of drinkable yogurt light with oat bran and wheat germ. A cup of fruit salad.

Average morning: A portion of gelatin light.

Lunch: an Apple 15 minutes before eating. 2 portions of carrot souffle. A fresh fruit. A cup of Chamomile tea.

Snack: A glass of light soy milk.

Normal afternoon: A part of cheese low-fat.

Dinner: an Apple 15 minutes before eating. A portion of chicken without skin with asparagus and tomato salad. A roasted fruit. A cup of Chamomile tea.

Menu 7

Breakfast: 1 yogurt skimming with a teaspoon of yeast of beer and fruit. A piece of cheese low-fat.

Mid morning: A cup of celery sticks.

Lunch: A cup of sugarless orange juice. Beans, garlic, parsley, broccoli and chopped chicken salad. A fresh fruit. A cup of Chamomile tea.

Snack: A cup of coffee with milk and two Oatmeal Cookies.

Average afternoon: A glass of unsweetened orange juice.

Dinner: A glass of unsweetened orange juice. A portion of fish grilled with salad of artichokes. A portion of gelatin light. A cup of Chamomile tea.

Add to this diet daily physical activity, which combines an aerobic routine with a localized exercise routine.
