Diet so that your palate and body is not accustomed

dietTo continue with this process of slimming, I propose a fiber-rich diet to promote weight loss. This diet has as main feature to avoid your palate and body gets used.

Continue among the diet can be boring and at times you can enter into a plateau, so it is important that you change the menu to avoid boredom.

This diet is characterized by rich in fiber and adding only fish or chicken without skin, as source of protein.

Fiber-rich diet to start the second month to diet

Breakfasts and snacks

Smoothie peach, china and quinoa.


1 cup of red tea with two slices of whole wheat bread with sweet light of fruits.

1 cup soymilk light with two Oatmeal Cookies.

1 cup of pineapple juice and watermelon with a teaspoon of flax seeds, with two slices of whole wheat bread with sweet light of fruits.

1 glass of vegetable yogurt with fruit.

1 cup almond milk with a slice of bread with cheese tofu.

Collations

Handful of dried fruit.

Handful of dried fruit.

1 medium tomato.

1 banana

1 glass of vegetable yogurt.

1 piece of cheese tofu.

1 glass of vegetable milk.

Lunch

In all cases, it is suggested to eat a fruit before eating.

Salad of celery, Green Apple, tuna, hearts of Palm and Arugula. A glass of vegetable milk without sugar.

Salad with chick peas, beets, carrots cooked, seasoned with olive oil and parsley. A fillet of grilled fish. A portion of gelatin light.

A dish of brown rice with beans, boiled eggs and cooked carrots. A nonfat yogurt.

A medium bowl of stew of lentils with light tomato sauce. A cup of green tea.

A medium dish of salad of radish and fish a cup of light yogurt.

A portion of salmorejo light. A cup of green tea.

Dinner

Before dinner remember to consume a fresh fruit.

A portion of spaghetti with sauce pink light. A cup of tea of Chamomile and Valerian.

A portion of beans Greens with garlic and thyme sauce with a serving of canned tuna. A cup of tea of Chamomile and Valerian.

Two portions of fennel omelets. A cup of tea of Chamomile and Valerian.

A portion of Sesame Chicken with broccoli and beet salad. A cup of tea of Chamomile and Valerian.

A portion of light rice timbale. A cup of tea of Chamomile and Valerian.

A portion of pumpkin pie. A cup of tea of Chamomile and Valerian.

A portion of fish grilled with a medium potato stuffed. A cup of tea of Chamomile and Valerian.

Clarification: If some of the recipes contain meat, you must replace it with chicken, Turkey or fish.
