Weekly diet slimming

List 1

Breakfast: tea with lemon with two toasts with cheese 0% fat. A baked apple.

Average morning collation: A cup of cooked carrots.

Dinner or lunch: 1 glass of orange juice diluted 50% sugar. A portion of roast chicken without skin with steamed cooked spinach .PEAR puree. 1 cup of Chamomile tea.

Snack: A nonfat yogurt.

Collation in Middle afternoon: 3 asparagus steamed.

Dinner: 1 glass of orange juice diluted 50% sugar. A portion of roast beef with pumpkin puree. A portion of gelatin light. 1 cup of camomile tea.

List 2

Breakfast: A cup of green tea with two rice crackers smeared with sweet light. A cup of fruit salad.

Average morning collation: A baked apple.

Dinner or lunch: 1 glass of grapefruit juice diluted 50% sugar. Vegetables cooked with tuna salad. A Mandarin without seeds or skins. 1 cup of camomile tea.

Snack: A glass of drinkable yogurt. A toast.

Collation in Middle afternoon: A piece of cheese low-fat.

Dinner: 1 glass of grapefruit juice diluted 50% sugar. Two stuffed green stuffed with minced meat and several vegetables. A portion of gelatin light. 1 cup of camomile tea.

List 3

Breakfast: A cup of tea with lemon with a cheese sandwich a baked apple.

Average morning collation: steamed celery sticks.

Dinner or lunch: 1 glass of diluted 50% orange juice. A portion of pumpkin stuffed with hard-boiled egg, white sauce, and chopped chicken. A portion of fruit ASP. A cup of Chamomile tea.

Snack: A glass of light soy milk. 1 Rice cracker.

Collation in Middle afternoon: A handful of chopped walnuts.

Dinner: 1 glass of diluted 50% orange juice. A portion of grilled fish with broccoli, seasoned with garlic and parsley salad. A cup of fruit salad. A cup of Chamomile tea.

Breakfast: A cup of skimmed milk with a tablespoon of mixture of oats and wheat germ. Pear puree.

Average morning collation: A grated apple.

Dinner or lunch: 1 glass of pineapple juice. Several vegetables and brown rice salad. A portion of gelatin light. A cup of Chamomile tea.

Snack: A nonfat yogurt. A Rice cracker.

Collation in Middle afternoon: A piece of cheese low-fat.

Dinner: 1 glass of pineapple juice. A portion of meat baked with grilled vegetables. A cup of Chamomile tea.

Breakfast: A cup of tea with lemon. 2 toasted bread with white cheese 0% fat. Two slices of melon.

Average morning collation: applesauce.

Dinner or lunch: 1 glass of diluted 50% orange juice. A portion of green olives, seasoned with olive oil pasta and parsley. A fresh fruit. A cup of Chamomile tea.

Snack: A nonfat yogurt.

Collation in Middle afternoon: A handful of unsalted sunflower seeds.

Dinner: 1 glass of diluted 50% orange juice. A portion of grilled fish with a cup of mashed potatoes. A portion of gelatin light.

Breakfast: A cup of green tea with two cookies of rice with sweet light. Two slices of pineapple.

Average morning collation: A grated pear.

Dinner or lunch: 1 glass of grapefruit juice diluted 50%. Two portions of carrot pudding. A baked apple. 1 cup of Chamomile.

Snack: one cup of milk with a tablespoon of oatmeal.

Collation in Middle afternoon: A piece of low fat cheese.

Dinner: 1 glass of grapefruit juice diluted 50%. A portion of roast chicken with lettuce and tomato. A portion of gelatin light. A cup of Chamomile.

List 7

Breakfast: A cup of drinkable yogurt with a tablespoon of wheat bran. A fresh fruit.

Average morning collation: A cup of Chamomile tea.

Dinner or lunch: 1 glass of pineapple juice. Two servings of Chard and chicken pudding. A roasted fruit. 1 cup of camomile tea.

Snack: A cup of tea with lemon with two rice cakes.

Collation in Middle afternoon: A handful of chopped almonds.

Dinner: 1 glass of pineapple juice. A portion of fish with salad of artichokes. One gelatin light. A portion of gelatin light. 1 cup of camomile tea.

This diet has the distinction of providing a good amount of fiber, but modified by cooking. This modified fiber will help you reduce the bloating that can cause fruit and raw vegetables.
