Lunch and  dinner

A portion of meat vaccine baked with steamed vegetables. A fresh fruit.

Lentil Salad with chopped garlic, chopped pepper, white cabbage and Kraut. A roasted fruit.

A portion of chicken without skin grilled with salad of beets, grated carrot and chopped onion. A fresh fruit.

A breaded fish with vegetable grilled. A fresh fruit.

A portion of chicken breast grilled with tomato salad. A fresh fruit.

Two portions of fish with puree of green Zucchini pudding. A roasted fruit.

Amaranth with broccoli, chopped bell pepper chili and onion salad. A fresh fruit.

Snacks

A glass of drinkable yogurt.

A cup of tea with skimmed milk.

A cup of fruit smoothie.

A glass of light soy milk.

A yogurt among a tablespoon of earth flax seeds.

A cup of coffee with skimmed milk.

A yogurt with fruit.

Collations

A cup of plum Compote.

A cup of celery sticks.

A cup of carrot sticks.

A tomato.

A handful of walnuts or almonds.

A roasted fruit.

This diet is rich in fiber. Most of the foods that are part of this diet it contains, allowing you to increase satiety, weight loss, promote intestinal transit and combat constipation.
