A month is a very limited time to obtain satisfactory results by doing exercises to tone your body; especially if you are very thin and does not have a physical condition of adequate basis.
The presence of fat on the belly, regardless of your physical body, is due to a poor diet there is excess calories in relation to the physical activity that you display during the day.
The abdominal area is the first part of the body where it is usually to see imbalances in the food. Eating simple carbohydrates, such as foods that contain sugar and refined flour, are the most common cause of deposit of fat in the abdomen.
By way of example, the following training you can do three times a week.
Table of exercises to tone up in 30 days
Push Up: 4 series of 8-10 reps
Squats: 5 series of 10-12 repetitions at 30-50% 1RM
Rowing: 4 series of 12 repetitions to 40% 1RM
Triceps: 3 series of 10 reps with light weights
Abdominal: 3 series of 30 repetitions
Shoulders: 3 series of 8 reps with light weights
Lounge: 2 series of 8 repetitions with each leg to 40% 1RM
Dominated in pulley: 4 series 10 repetitions at 50% 1RM
Bank strength: 5 series, 8-10 repetitions to 40-50% 1RM
Biceps: 3 series of 10 reps with light weights
Abdominal: 5 series of 20 repetitions
Repeat day 1
At the end of each training session, it performs a stretch of 15-20 minutes.
