This diet is ideal for those who need to lose weight quickly. With this system you can lose up to 3 kilos in a week. Note drink at least two litres of water a day. To sweeten your tea note use sweetener.

The diet that you find below is an example. If you wish you can replace it with similar foods.

Breakfast:

An infusion, a clear of cooked egg, toast of bran bread and a glass of grapefruit or orange juice.


Mid-morning:

A low fat yogurt

Lunch:

Soup light, three clear of egg cooked, tuna natural, a tomato and jelly light 150grs.

Half late:

A blending of a fruit with sweetener.

Snack:

A choice n infusion, an egg-white, of whole wheat toast and a Tangerine.

Dinner:

Light, three clear broth of boiled egg, grilled chicken, green salad gelatin light 150grs.

Before bed:

An infusion.
