Lunch: 1 omelet and two pieces of fruit

Dinner: 50g of cheese Margo and 2 pieces of fruit

4 Day

Lunch: one portion of fish grilled with lemon and 2 pieces of fruit

Dinner: 2 slices of whole wheat bread with low-fat cheese and two pieces of fruit

5 Day

Lunch: 1 can of tuna and 2 pieces of fruit

Dinner: 2 cups of skim milk and 2 pieces of fruit.
