This fruit diet is ideal for those who want to get off those few extra pounds. Follow this diet only once a week.

When you wake up: drink the juice of a lemon diluted in a glass of water, it would be good that the water is not cold, is that at least it is at room temperature.

Breakfast:

200 gr. of seasonal fruits.

To mid-morning:


An orange juice.

Lunch:

200 grs. Fruit of season.

Snack: One infusion verbena or mint with the juice of 1 lemon and a tablespoon of honey.

Dinner:

1 fruit of season.

It is suitable that you was fruit and remember that do not follow this diet more than once a week.
