Vegetable diet for slim

Slim DietIn this article we will refer to a diet that includes only plant foods and ignores everything that has to do with meat, milk, eggs, cheese and other dairy products. We are referring to the vegetable diet, which helps reducing sugars and provides the body vegetable proteins.

The most important food in the diet is the soybean and in particular sprouts, as they contain several nutrients that are needed, such as lipids.


Other foods that are incorporated in the diet are rice, rice flour, wheat, unsalted bread, boiled potatoes, salads, cooked vegetables and fresh tomato.

This diet can only be carried out by adults, adolescents and children since, and also pregnant women, can not be deprived of animal protein and dairy consumption. The vegan diet consists of the following:

Day 1

Breakfast: orange juice, two slices of bread and some rice crackers.

Lunch: seasonal fruit, a serving of brown rice with tomato, a girl lettuce, onion and bean sprouts with lemon and a pear for dessert.

Dinner: a fruit in season again, a small green salad with lemon juice, two boiled potatoes with oil and an apple for dessert.

Day 2

Breakfast: continue with orange juice, with two slices of bread and incorporate some oatmeal cookies.

Lunch: seasonal fruit, a serving of boiled pumpkin with lemon and apple cider vinegar, a portion of steamed spinach, cucumber juice and a peach dessert.

Dinner: A seasonal fruit of your choice, a salad of celery, apple and walnuts seasoned with lemon, slices of bran bread, and an orange for dessert.

Day 3

Breakfast: orange juice, two slices of bread and some rice crackers.

Lunch: a seasonal fruit of your choice, a small salad of grated carrots, potatoes and cucumber, a bowl of pea soup and an apple for dessert.

Dinner: A seasonal fruit choice, a baked eggplant, a portion of steamed cauliflower with lemon and a peach dessert.

Day 4

Breakfast: orange juice, two slices of bread salt and some oatmeal cookies.

Lunch: choice seasonal fruit, a bowl of vegetable soup, a serving of brown rice, an orange for dessert.

Dinner: A seasonal fruit of your choice, a mixed salad girl, a lot of spinach and steamed broccoli with lemon, and a guy bunch of grapes for dessert.

Day 5

Breakfast: orange juice, two slices of bread and some rice crackers.
