Exercises to lose weight fast

Slim fastHere in this article I will show you how to lose weight fast with two simple exercises. This does not require you to do jogging or other cardiac exercises like. Just plain and simple but very effective exercises.


1) The Hindu Squat Exercise

This is not a difficult exercise at all. If you know how to do squats then all you have to do is continue to do so quickly and without weights. Do it as fast as possible and to do it for 5 minutes in full. Do this non-stop. If you want to see really fast weight loss, then you should do 20 squats per minute and over 100 squats in 5 minutes. If you do not have the stamina to do 100 squats in 5 minutes, then reduce the number of minutes and try to build from there. But remember to do it at the rate of 20 squats per minute or you’re not going to see good results.

 

2) Jump on a mini-trampoline

Jumping on a trampoline for two minutes at a time and you will not even sweat. Do so during the 2-minute commercial break when you are watching TV. During an hour of entertainment you get several breaks. Do it two minutes at a time and you will have a good 20 minutes of exercise. This is probably the simplest of exercises weight loss and requires a very minimal amount of effort on your part to see success.
