Diet for Fat Loss

Flexible low-crab diet is based on a smooth decrease in the daily diet of carbohydrates, especially starchy potatoes, bread, cereals, and sugar, which causes the body to burn the accumulated excess fat. Specially selected combination of products to stabilize insulin levels in the blood and stimulate the metabolism. Duration of the diet – 7 days.

Diet for fat loss will prove particularly effective if you follow some rules:

1. Eating 4 times per day.

Breakfast – from b to 9:00.


Lunch – 10 to 13 hours.

Snack – 14 to 16 hours.

Dinner – from 17 to 20 hours.

2. Breakfast plan no later than 2 hours after the morning awakening, it is necessary to stabilize blood sugar.

Diet

– 2 eggs scrambled, fried, cooked simply

– 100g low-fat cottage cheese

– 150 ml of skim milk 120ml or unsweetened yogurt and each half portion of the same product from a list

– 150g of boiled beef or chicken

– 170g tuna or other lean fish

– 60g of any low fat cheese

– 1 teaspoon of boiled beans or soybeans

– 30g of any nuts.

Fruits and vegetables

– 2 slices of a medium-sized fruit

– Any raw salad vegetables

– Any vegetable dish, steamed (except peas)

– 3 tablespoons green peas

– 60g of dried fruit.

Carbohydrates

– 1 slice of bread

– 1 small ladyship

– Half a cup of buckwheat with tomato juice

– Half a cup of cooked rice with tomato sauce

– Half a cup of mashed potatoes

– Half a cup of muesli.

The best fruit set for this diet: grapefruit, oranges, apples, apricots, strawberries
