People suffering from this disease are always looking for ideal weight, not realizing that his ideal is far below what the recommended healthy weight and they should have. Losing weight this way can cause very serious problems between them is very common among women, have hormonal imbalances that lead them to stop having menstrual periods.

The causes of this disease are unknown, although it is possible that genetic factors combined with the social environment play an important role in the onset of the disease.

Severe Anorexia can lead a person to be sick for life or even die. Extended periods of poor nutrition can cause osteoporosis, damage to the heart, liver, kidneys and brain. People suffering from anorexia also experience mostly, mental disorders such as depression, which makes the risk of suicide is very high.

The look good and feel comfortable with your body is important. It should be clear that the weight loss is important as long as you have excess of it and this affecting our health. And to lose weight, it is best to eat a balanced diet that provides the body with all the nutrients it needs to function well, not completely deprive him of food. It is important not to lose perspective and our goal, feeling good and healthy and accept ourselves as we are.
