Pasta Diet

DietPaste diet you can lose weight 5-6 kilos a month. Follow exactly the directions, but need not take exact amounts of food. You have to follow six days a week, leaving on Sunday, where you can eat freely but without abusing fats and sweets.

It is important not to take sugar in tea or juices.

Monday
Breakfast: coffee, tea and fruit in season one.
Mid-morning: 1 orange juice.



Lunch: 1 serving of grilled chicken or cooked and flavored with spices, served with cooked vegetables
Snack: fruit juice.
Dinner: pasta with artichokes cooked and baked vegetables.

Tuesday
Breakfast: crackers with jam without sugar and an infusion of nettles.
Mid-morning: fruit juice.
Lunch: 1 serving of fish (except shellfish or mollusks) roasted in the oven with water and spices or salt-and steamed vegetables.
Snack: fruit juice.
Dinner: brown rice with zucchini and cooked vegetables.

Wednesday
Breakfast: herbal water and seasonal fruit.
Mid-morning: fruit juice.
Food: cheese and nonfat steamed vegetables.
Snack: fruit juice.
Dinner: couscous with fresh tomatoes and parsley and cooked vegetables.

Thursday
Breakfast: toast with jam without sugar and an infusion of fennel.
Mid-morning: fruit juice.
Food: a serving of beef grilled and cooked vegetables.
Snack: fruit juice.
Dinner: pasta with vegetables and baked vegetables.

Friday
Breakfast: herbal tea and seasonal fruit.
Midmorning: orange juice.
Food: serving of baked fish and steamed vegetables.
Snack: fruit juice.
Dinner: vegetable soup with semolina and baked vegetables.

Saturday
Breakfast: crackers with jam without sugar and herbal water.
Midmorning: orange juice.
Food: rabbit to the pot and cooked vegetables.
Snack: a fruit juice.
Dinner: pasta with garlic cooked in a little oil and baked vegetables.
