Egg and Honey Diet

Honey DietEgg and honey diet is designed for 3 days, and provides a weight loss of 2-2.5 kg.

Breakfast the first day of egg honey diet is – from the 2 egg yolks and 1 teaspoon of honey, you need to drink green tea. For lunch, cheese (90 g), tea or coffee and added a teaspoon of honey. For dinner, eat: broth (200 g), a piece of black bread, apple, pear or orange. At night, drink tea with lemon.

The second day – for breakfast egg with honey, coffee or tea with lemon.

Dinner – boiled egg and honey, low-fat cottage cheese (100 g), lemon tea or coffee. For dinner, you can eat boiled fish or chicken (150 g), vegetable salad and tea.

The third day starts with a breakfast of eggs and honey, and you can eat an apple, drink tea with lemon. Lunch – cheese (50 g), a slice of bread (25 g), vegetable salad, dressed with lemon juice (200 g). Dinner – Boiled vegetables (300 g), 1 boiled egg. Tea with a spoon of honey.
