Vitamin E – Calming Muscle Pain

The United States conducted a study among different men young age, university, to which a portion of the study participants were given a placebo and the others were given vitamin E.

Participants were supervised training and weight lifting for a month, and the results were that the people who were given vitamin E significantly reduced the amount of free radicals in the blood after doing their exercise periods, resulting in less pain after exercise.
