We enjoyed the baby move inside your belly, we also love being the center of attention in every place where we are and another factor which we thoroughly enjoyed while we are pregnant, is being able to eat what we are given the wins.

The latter is something that, having taken a pregnancy week by week eating less nutritious things, we passed bill. So, when we look in the mirror we see our body changed, what causes us stress that we do not do anything right either us or the baby.

That’s why it is essential to maintain a balanced diet during the gestation period and above all not to overdo things we eat. But if you are overweight after giving birth, it’s best to take a good daily exercise routine and lose weight through a nutritional plan that suits your physical characteristics.
