Breakfast / Snack: 100 cc. grape juice, plus 1/2 cup whole grapes.
Lunch: 1 cup of whole grapes, more than 150 cc 1 glass of grape juice.
Dinner: whole grapes ¾ cups plus 1 cup of 100 ml of grapefruit juice.
Phase 3, heals itself or day 3

Breakfast / Snack: 1 cup of 150 cc. grape juice, plus 100 gr. whole grapes.
Lunch / Dinner: 1 glass of 200 ml of grapefruit juice, most 150 gr. whole grapes.
Phase 4, the output stage or 4 days

Breakfast: 1 cup of chamomile, lemon balm and star anise.
Mid Morning: 2 slices of pineapple or melon.
Lunch: 1 glass of carrot juice. Different types of salad lettuce, endive, cucumber and bean sprouts.
Dinner: 1 glass of grape juice. Tomato salad, grated carrot, celery and a handful of almonds and olives.
In all phases just drink water (about 2 liters) This diet is very restrictive, especially on days 3 and 4 therefore you should not hold it for longer.
