Diet slimming four kilos

Day 1

Breakfast: Infusion preferred sweetened + 1 toast bread with 1 slice of low-fat cheese of 5 x 5 cm + 1 orange or grapefruit.

Lunch: 1 small can of tuna + 1 toast bread rubbed with olive oil (1 tsp) + tomato salad and onion rings.

Snack: Infusion preferred sweetened nonfat yogurt + 1 + 1 apple.

Dinner: mixed vegetables steamed or boiled, seasoned with spices and olive oil (all you want).

Day 3
Breakfast: Infusion preferred sweetener + 2 with crackers or all bran crackers with cream cheese 2 pieces of 5 x 5 cm + 1 medium apple.

Mid-morning: 1 orange.

Lunch: 1 egg + 1 toast bread with olive oil (1 tsp) + lettuce salad (full bowl)

Snack: Infusion preferred sweetened nonfat yogurt + 1 + 1 apple.

Dinner: 1 can of tuna natural girl + steamed or boiled vegetables (medium plate) + 1 cup grated carrot.
