Diet for obese teenager

Weight loseTeenager and you have to lose weight. You realize that you have to change something, but do not know why or how to start. The diet is a very important issue for teenagers like you who suffer from overweight as it seeks to improve the quality of life, thinking not so distant future.

You make little to no physical activity.
You find many hours watching television, video games consoles or computer.



Comes compulsively, without enjoying the food, without even looking at it, just swallow, to reduce anxiety and to make matters worse you do on the computer, or TV console.
You look at the models that our society presents us all with sculpted bodies, far from reality, they say not to diet, but eventually comes to light that suffer from anorexia or bulimia.
Problems with your parents, you feel you do not understand, do not listen.
This results in you, like many other teens a low self-esteem , recluirte start, thinking that others will not accept you and creates a vicious circle.

Diets for overweight teens
Menu Day 1:
Breakfast : 1 cup of coffee or tea with skim milk, 2 slices of toast with cheese spread, sweet fat diet.

Mid Morning: 1 fruit.
Half an hour before each main meal , you can eat a candy or a lollipop acid (not worth biting).
Lunch : 1 cup of homemade vegetable soup or 2 cups water, 1 serving of skinless chicken with a salad of tomato, 1 gelatin diets.
Snack: Same as breakfast.
Average afternoon: 1 low fat yogurt.
