2 small cups cooked brown rice
2 cups cooked beetroot and diced

Makes 3 servings
4 small cups of cooked rice
Two grilled chicken breasts cooked
1 onion, chopped
2 chopped tomatoes

Cut chicken into cubes.

Makes 4 servings
2 large cups cooked brown rice
4 zucchini cooked and chopped
2 chopped celery
½ bell pepper cut
Salt, pepper, thyme
Cook zucchini, celery and bell pepper and reserve.
Mix the vegetables with brown rice.
Aside beat eggs.
Add the eggs to the vegetable mixture.
Salt & pepper.
Place the mixture into a pie pan, previously greased.
Take moderate oven for 20 minutes.
