Ingredients for 2 servings:



3 medium potatoes.
1 medium onion.
1 green pepper cut.
1 chopped celery.
1 small apple diced.
2 boiled eggs.
2 tbsp olive oil.
Salt to taste.
Preparation:

Wash and dry the potatoes, prick with a fork.
Accommodate on a container.
Cook in microwave for 5 minutes at power level 10.
Remove and wrap in foil, let rest outside the oven for 5 minutes.
Cool and peel, cut into cubes and add the other ingredients.
Mix well and chill.
Season to taste.
Note: The potatoes can also be cooked in the oven, wrapped in foil.

Ingredients for 3 servings

2 medium potatoes.
2 huevos.125 gr. canned tuna.
1 onion.
10 green olives.
2 tomatoes.
6 asparagus.
40 cc. Olive oil.
1 pinch of salt.
Preparation

Cook the potatoes in their skin. Allow to cool to peel later.
Cooking eggs.
Peel the onion and cut into strips.
Place in the bottom of the source that will serve the salad.
Season with salt and a dash of vinegar.
Peel the potatoes and cut them into slices cooked.
Top with onion and seasoning it with salt and oil.
Peel and chop the tomatoes and put them above seasoning with a little salt and place over tuna shredded.
Peel the boiled eggs, chop and add to the salad, add a little salt over them and drizzle with oil again. Mix.
Add the olives and asparagus.

Potato salad recipe for diet

Ingredients for 3 servings

4 potatoes.
2 onions.
2 cans of tuna.
4 tablespoons of olive oil.
1 scallion.
Chopped parsley.
Preparation

Cooking steamed potatoes.
Cut the onions into rings means either finite and cook in a pan with a little oil until soft.
Cut green onions finely.
Place potatoes cooked with onions, green onions and the tuna in a bowl.
Season with salt and mayonnaise.
Finish adding the chopped parsley
