The diet of celery

Though some celery vegetables we can be a rather bland and boring, the reality is that it is an important regulator of intestinal function. That means it is ideal for people who suffer from constipation because celery increases the movements and helps to eliminate excess bowel bacteria accumulate.

Celery is good for the eyes, hair and bones. It is rich in vitamin B1, B2 and B6. And besides all this girls, say it is a powerful aphrodisiac that helps to increase sexual desire.

On an empty stomach

  • 1 liter of broth celery (to drink during the day). It can be cold or hot.

Dinner
