5 day cleansing diet

During the holidays, the excess committed, meals with friends, family visit, business dinners … basically all day eating, how horrible!

I imagine that you, like me, will have to lose weight or at least much purify of junk food and eat healthy.

I from today, I begin my plan, first I’ll be five days of detox diet, for this I chose a cleansing diet of Maria Jose Rossello, and I’ll tell you after these five days with that diet continued until end of losing those kilos we have thrown.


BREAKFAST FOR EACH DAY (choose one of two)

Option A:

  • 1 yogurt with flax seed and 4 nuts.
  • 1 piece of pineapple.
  • 1 slice of ham and cheese.
  • Infusion of tea or coffee.

Option B:

  • Calcium fortified skim milk with tea or coffee.
  • Whole wheat bread with tomato and turkey breast.
DAY 1

    Lunch:

  • Onion soup au gratin.
  • Chicken with escarole.
  • 15 almonds.

    Dinner:

  • Cabbage sauteed with ham.
  • Grilled cuttlefish.
  • 1 Yogurt.
DAY 2

    Lunch:

  • Chowder.
  • Artichoke omelet.
  • 15 almonds.

    Dinner:

  • Mashed leeks, mushrooms and cheese.
  • Oily fish or steamed en papillote.
  • 1 kiwi.
DAY 3

    Lunch:

  • Mashed pumpkin, zucchini and onion.
  • Turkey breast.
  • 1 Orange.

    Dinner:

  • Carrot and cabbage salad.
  • Grilled white fish.
  • 1 Yogurt.
DAY 4

    Lunch:

  • Artichokes baked with garlic and parsley.
  • 1 hamburger.
  • 15 almonds.

    Dinner:

  • Vegetable soup.
  • Scrambled eggs with mushrooms.
  • 1 Curd.
DAY 5

    Lunch:

  • Mashed carrot and onion.
  • Loin with peppers.
  • 1 Kiwi.

    Dinner:

  • Chicken broth, ham and cheese.
  • Fish cooked with onion.
  • 1 piece of pineapple.
