To lose weight, eat slowly

Come a snail speed and lose the extra kilos.

No, we’re not saying that eating snails slim, unless you take the time to do so. A Dutch study found that pause while you’re eating can make you feel full longer.

Those who took two hours to eat (with a few breaks of 20 minutes) felt greater satiety after those who ate in 30 minutes.

Those who took it in stride benefited from increased hormone that made them feel full, while those that had engulfed an adrenaline hormone followed by a decline. Eating in 1 hour you could have similar results, although weaker.
