The mid-morning snacking can damage your diet

snacking dietBecause conformist wisdom says that snacking is not good, yet many women still end up succumb diet, which can sabotage your diet.

This misgiving has been confirmed a few days ago, after the magazine of a study conducted over a year, where investigators observed that women who were picking between breakfast and lunch managed to lose weight except those who avoided snacking.

More specifically and figures, is that women who followed a diet during this time, but pecked between breakfast and lunch, they reduced their body mass by 7% on average, while women who managed to avoid snacking lost a 11% on average.

For snacking we mean any drink or food that we have taken between breakfast and lunch, which often take more out of habit than hunger.

But researchers have not entirely clear, it seems the problem may be also in the time we spend between breakfast and lunch, if many hours (about five) and really we are hungry, snacking can be good option, especially if it provides no calories, but if it is not long between meals the result can be negative.
