Sculpt your body for summer swimmers
To test your strength, I propose to follow the death crawl or “dragging death.” This is an exercise that works your body almost in full: chest, shoulder, triceps, biceps and back.
Also, last but not least, also fucks your core and legs.
This may seem to you so you can do it without problems. But we assure you is hard. And you’ll notice the effects the next day.
Try a lightweight dumbbell. If you see you can still pull more, increase the kilos. But do not go overboard.
Put yourself in the position to do push ups with your arms extended and holding a pair of dumbbells. Lower your chest to the floor, hold 2 seconds and up again.
Raise the dumbbell in your right hand side and lower it again. Repeated for the left side.
A dumbbell moves forward and then the other. Then both feet forward. Advance three steps with each hand while keeping your core muscles tight.
Put the dumbbells hanging by your sides. Bend your knees to squat and jump explosively. So complete a repetition of the exercise. Try 2-3 sets of 5-10 repetitions.
