Just a few simple tricks to maximize the time spent riding.
- START PEDALING BEFORE GOING TO WORK!
Leave the car in the garage and take the opportunity to get some exercise.
- IT ACCELERATES FROM TIME TO TIME!
Pedalees not always at the same speed. Rate increases (up to 110 pedaling per minute) during 2 minutes.
- PISA HARD!
Do not put it too easy. Down a couple of pine nuts (keeping the cadence). Hold at least 1 minute.
- STAND UP!
I do not hold back the mountains! Lift the rear seat, supports the weight on the leg straight and pull the handle on that side. So also work the upper body.
- LEAVE THE COUCH!
That bad weather is no reason to slack: train in a cycle ergometer or a roller.
- WAKE UP YOUR HUNTING INSTINCT!
Do not lower the speed on hills, do a sprint to the next road sign, do not take off the car in front or beat your personal best.
Nothing motivates your progress. Choose a short route (between 8 and 10 km) bike and do it every 14 days while maintaining a certain heart rate. Record it all in a day and try to win a couple of seconds the clock.
