Before breakfast, drink a glass of clean water.
For breakfast, consume a cup of herbal infusion or tea, two slices of bread or 3 pieces of crackers, a tablespoon of butter, yogurt or a glass of skim milk, two teaspoons of honey, fruit of an orange or grapefruit.
For lunch, prepare 120 grams of turkey breast, slice of bread, 40 grams of low-fat cheese and any fruit.
At mid-morning snack is permitted only herbal tincture, tea or a glass of water.
For dinner, cut raw vegetables, flavor with a teaspoon of vegetable oil and lemon juice, mix 100 grams of turkey breast, yogurt, or 150 grams of low fat cottage cheese, 5 tablespoons of boiled rice, a teaspoon of honey, two teaspoons of wheat germ and fresh fruit compote.
