This leads to the conclusion that there are macronutrients, that is, not what you eat what makes you gain or lose weight but how much of what you eat. If you eat less, your body when you run out of energy, has to burn more and therefore take reserves (ie, our weight) to compensate for the lack of energy. That is the reason that thins, because you give your body more than necessary and, if you need more, has to use the reserves that have to do it.

Nor can we be blunt and say that macronutrients are useless, or it does not matter that we consume too much fat and carbohydrates, it’s okay, because it is not true, it does happen. Diets, although doctors give them to each patient, do not work equally for all. There are people who are overweight but not by eating hormone problems, and sometimes even without these problems. So, the best in these cases is to adapt the diet to the individual, not vice versa.
